Get started on the path to health!
We have begun replacing affected Dreamstation machines with newer/safer machines provided by the manufacturer. If you or a loved one own a Philips Respironics Dreamstation machine and are affected by the recent voluntary recall, call us now to see if you are eligible to exchange the machine through their program.
Sleep apnea is a common sleep disorder whereby a person experiences repeated interruptions (apneas) in breathing. Apneas may last from several seconds to several minutes and, in most cases, may go unnoticed by the sleeper since they do no trigger a full awakening.
Apneas occur when low muscle tone in the upper airway (including soft tissue, soft palate and throat) relax and cause an obstruction. This obstruction prevents oxygenation of the lungs which may lead to other health complications.
Continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) provides continuous pressure into the airway through a mask over the nose or both nose and mouth, thus preventing apneic events. Experts agree that CPAP therapy is the best treatment for sleep apnea due to its efficacy and non-invasiveness.
We carry the latest CPAP machines from Resmed, Philips Respironics, and Fisher & Paykel, including: AirSense series, AirCurve series, Dreamstation series, and Sleepstyle series.
Our clinic keeps a wide variety of masks in stock for your convenience, including Airfit, Dreamwear, Wisp, Mirage, AirTouch series and more!
For your comfort, we also carry various CPAP related accessories to make your CPAP journey as convenient and comfortable as possible. Accessories include CPAP Pillows, chinstraps, mask wipes, mats, sanitizing machines and more!
